An excellent affordable choice for a short stay in Paris. I stayed at Hotel Pavillon Monceau for three nights and found it to be a pleasant and practical choice for a short stay in Paris. The location is convenient—just a 7-minute walk from the nearest metro station, and right in front of the hotel there's a bus stop with a line that takes you directly to Montmartre, which was a great plus. The staff were particularly friendly and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. While the hotel doesn't have the luxury or spacious feel of a 4 or 5-star establishment, it offers good value for a 3-star hotel. My room was comfortable and well-equipped with all the standard amenities, and I really appreciated having a balcony—something you don’t always get at this level. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay without breaking the bank. . .

Needs honesty and renovation before deserving 4 stars - avoid this hotel. We stayed at Hotel Pavillon Monceau and were extremely disappointed. The photos and descriptions on the hotel’s own website are misleading and do not represent what you actually get. – There was no real concierge, even though it’s listed as one of the hotel’s main facilities. – The so-called “piano bar” doesn’t exist – the management later admitted the piano in the lobby is only decorative and said they would update the website to avoid further confusion. – The room was much smaller, darker and older than the photos online, and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when we arrived. – The walls were so thin that we could literally hear people using the bathroom in the next room. – The pipes made loud noises throughout the night, and we barely slept. – The staff member at check-in said it was his second day, and he clearly had no training or understanding of basic guest service. When we contacted management, they apologized and admitted that parts of their website were misleading, but refused any refund or compensation — only offering a “discount on a future stay,” which is pointless, since we would obviously never return. It’s also difficult to understand how this hotel maintains a four-star rating. The overall condition, comfort and service level were closer to a two-star property. We are sharing this review so that future guests can make an informed decision. Paris has many wonderful hotels — sadly, this is not one of them.. .

Perfection. Lovely hotel in a wonderful area of Paris I've been here multiple times and would come again for another stay my next trip Staff is helpful and very friendly Merci. .

Terrible experience. A terrible hotel. I booked this hotel for 4 nights. It's been one night now. The fridge is broken. The air conditioning and heating don't work. There are no slippers in the room. They don't have toothbrushes or toothpaste. The toilet is so small that the sink takes up a lot of space and you can't sit on it. The sofa bed is very dirty. The elevator and hallways are very narrow. It's also very far from the sights. Not recommended at all. They don't have tea cups. They don't have a coffee maker or coffee.. .

Very good hotel. I loved the location of the hotel, the location was so nice, just I would really appreciate if I was informed about the blockage money (1 night) before it was taken from my bank account, which still have not been sent back to me as it should.. .

8/10 Very Good. Nice Hotel in Midtown Paris, 18th Arrondissement. Very Clean, can be abit noisy if you are staying on the street side. We found the femaie staff abit stuck up, the male staff was very friendly and helpful. .
