They were always willing to help her feel comfortable, they even gave us the room before check-in time.
The best thing about the hotel: the staff and the quality of service. The room was also very comfortable (we booked a room with a balcony overlooking the city) and the breakfast was very good! Good coffee and full of delicious and well-made things.
The location is also good, you can walk to the restaurant and the laundry area, but you are not in the middle of the tourist area which can be a bit annoying.
We came back very happy from Paris and in large part it was because of the great experience we had thanks to the hotel. It is definitely worth the money we paid.. .

Charming, comfortable small hotel in a great location.. Maison Mere is a charming comfortable hotel in a great location! There are metro stations nearby, and there are many restaurants, bars, boulangeries nearby. The staff was very helpful and friendly.. We originally booked one of their smallest rooms. That room was way too small- we could barely fit our luggage into the room (and there was no closet). So we upgraded to a larger room with a balcony. The new room was spacious and perfect! Be careful if you choose the cheaper small rooms..

Perfect in very way. It is cozy and very clean and the staff is amazing. They all go above and beyond to make the stay perfect. Nectar restaurant is fantastic with very creative and fresh dishes.. It is difficult to get to via car and even though there is parking available you must say that you need parking and not just assume that it will be available. It needs to be reserved..
