What an awful disappointment.. Nothing. The staff couldn’t be bothered.. The plug hole in the shower was blocked and flooded the bathroom area. The overhead light above the sink didn’t work. The entire floor was hard lino and there were no rugs or carpets for bare feet. The cleaners did not clean the room on the Saturday and I had to wait outside until they done so. There was no breakfast. I had to wait until 8:30 am every morning until I could have a cup of tea. I saw one cleaner in one room with the door wide open sitting on the edge of the bed hsving an endless conversation on her mobile phone. Towels were not changed..

Efficient. Friendly staffs. Maybe reasonable value for money comparing to the prices in Paris.. Toilet was too small. The beds were not completely clean..

Convenient stay in Paris. It was a convenient stay for me in Viator hotel as central, not too expensive, and clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. It would be nice if a kettle was available in the rooms. The only bad thing is that the pictures on booking website are a bit misleading. I don't think my bedroom was that stylish, but it was comfortable and clean though. Smell of joints in the middle of the night.... .

Disappointing. . Its not the same room that in the their pictures, the room was very small, not fresh air, not much clean.
