Hôtel Soft was great!. We really enjoyed our stay at Hôtel Soft.
The location was great, 10mins walk from Gare Du Nord station, and within close proximity to both the Metro and Buses. The rooms were cozy but very clean with really comfy beds and a great shower.
All members of staff at Hôtel Soft were fantastic!
Very welcoming, helpful with nothing being too much trouble. I would definitely recommend and stay again on a return trip to Paris.. .

Very small rooms. They cooperated wth us and upgraded room to superior room when we complained to them about our dissatisfaction about room and we asked for refund.. The room size and it's structure. Room 203 classic room was too small. Didn't seem like 172sqft. The washroom was too small to manage. Toilet was kids size not adult size.
The pictures on site are quite deceiving.

Very welcoming.. Hotel was close to both gare du nord and gare de l'est, So making travel easy.. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable if a little small, as we had the superior room we expected a little more room. Breakfast was nice good choice of things and sets you up for the day, especially liked the coffee.... .
