. I ruly had a great experience staying at the Mekke Hotel. Respectful, helpful, kind and welcomig staff while doing everything with a mile. I personally would stay here anytime I'm in the area since the manager, even though the hotel was nearly full during the Xmas holidays, figure out a way to extend my stay while both times were last minute decisions on my part. In regards to the room, cleanliness, service and location and ...I can only say I was surprised in the best possible way, especially considering the cost. I'd certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family. . .

. Overall, it’s a good place — clean, no insects, and well-maintained. The washroom shower was extremely poor, which was disappointing, but aside from that the stay was lovely. The staff were generally nice and polite. However, the only real negative experience was during checkout at 3 AM. I had five bags with me, and the staff member at reception didn’t even offer to help — he just stood there watching. That left a bad impression after an otherwise pleasant stay.. .
