Worker entered room at 20:30 with a black bag. At approximately 20:30 in the evening our room was entered by a supposed worker at the hotel carrying a black bag. When he was confronted he claimed he did not speak English. When we demanded him to call the reception to ensure that he is working in the hotel, he made a phone call and seemed to be nervously explaining to someone that he came to the wrong room and to tell us that and was explaining with uncomfortable laughter to ease the situation. The person on the phone told us that he entered the wrong room. Thereafter, we felt exceptionally uneasy staying at the hotel and ensured that all our things were locked up securely.
Additionally, there seems to be a major concern with the plumbing throughout the hotel as the corridors smell like sewage.. .

Disappointing. Location is great. You can walk to stores, city center, or restaurants.
The staff was ok.
First of all they did not have our room ready. Check in starts at 2 pm, we got to the hotel at 5 pm. They had plenty of time to have the room cleaned and ready us.
They did not inform us that the breakfast was no free ( my fault to not ask, but a 4 star hotel should inform their guests about it)
Breakfast was awful, don’t pay for it
The room was clean. Instead of 2 beds they gave us a king (made from 2 filing beds) and a folding bed in the corner.
The room had a mini bar that was also pay per use.
Overall not so bad, but they have a lot of work to teach 4 stars.
The carpet on 7th floor was disgusting.. .

A joke, not a good one !. Rooms are nothing you see in the photos. All us photoshopped.
Rude staff , no facilities, cold room.
Paid €350 per night for a small room , not even decent in terms of basic hospitality.
Booked for three pax , as they advertised a triple room, in fact you get a small double room with a broken rollaway bed.. .

Great location, comfortable rooms, but expensive for what it is. Incredible location, split rooms with shared access. Some parts poorly maintained, not a high end boutique hotel as expected, paid too much for it.
