Great stay before or after Fiumicino airport!. The 24/7 desk was a big help, we took the shuttle to and from the airport
The staff were super responsive in the chat, helped us find the shuttle place when we just landed.
There’s a big Coop (supermarket) just around the corner for every need, and a great basket down the street.
Close to the Main Street (the harbor) with all the restaurants that were open even late at night.( not usual to Italy in the winter time). .

This is more of a hostel then an hotel. The parking and the location near the airport. Also the guy in the reception was very nice. The room looks like a hostel, the walls are so thin you can hear everything from the rooms around. The bad was terrible,
The all experience was for a youth hostel.
It was not similar to the pic in booking web site.

It is a very nice hotel, in a very nice location.. The staff was incredible. Polite, nice and very helpful.. Breakfast, There was no actual food there, just bread, cookies, apples, tangerines, and a few slices of ham and cheese. No eggs..

Just for one night is fine. The staff is great and kind, willing to help with your questions and needs. It is very close to the FCO airport and convenient if you have an early flight. The rooms are clean and also the bathroom.. The bed was terrible and noisy. Also they charge the breakfast separately, but it is awful. Not worth it..

An unpleasant experience.. Customer service was very poor. We were promised help in getting a local cab from the airport but got no answer (from the 24-hour reception) when we called looking for the cab. So we had to wait 45minutes at 3am to get a cab. On arrival we were told breakfast would run until 10:30am which was welcome after our Kate arrival. On arriving down at 10:25, a rather rude staff member told us breakfast finished at 09:30 and only relented when we said what we’d been told at 3:30am. We also got hit for city taxes even though the booking (on Agoda) said the payment included all taxes. We won’t be back.. .

A layover at Rome’s international Airport.. It was clean, close to Rome’s Airport? Not expensive. Staff was very accommodating. And I got lucky and found a very nice restaurant close to the hotel.. I was a single so the room wasn’t very spacious. That was expected..
