Great location, small hotel but meets all your needs. Rooms are basic but clean and have all the requirements needed for your stay, Very friendly helpful staff especially a young man called Emmanuel at the reception he went above a beyond to assist us and was extremely polite and caring. Excellent location within walking distance of the colosseum. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.. .

Very nice hotel on a budget. The service is great. Clean and nice rooms with walking distance to all the sights. We had two rooms near eachother. The sleep was good, it was silent during the night even if Via Nazionale which is very near and busy. Also close to restaurants and all the nice stores in Rome. This was my fourth time visiting the eternal city, second with kids and by far the best stay. No breakfast included but two cafes on the street just outside serving both traditional Italian and english breakfast. A calm and safe street all hours of the day, friendly staff and clean.. .

This is a good place to stay if you value location the most. Very central.. The best of all was the location. It was near to almost every touristic attraction we wanted to go and well-connected too with tramvia station nearby and multiple buses too. The room was a bit smaller than expected, but at least it had a double bed which was our purpose, a place where we could sleep and spend the night. The breakfast was included in our booking, but it wasn't as good as we wished. No much variety to choose from. And the coffee wasn't the best. Sometimes, we didn't have hot water in the shower. And the internet connection wasn't stable. The staff was really kind and social though.. No stable internet connection. No hot water in the shower. No good breakfast..

Well located not cleanest room. The hotel was well located however the room was not the cleanest with some stains on the duvets. Bathroom was fine with good shower . It's good for the price but if had an extra budget would not pick this hotel. .

The piping of the bathroom smelled so bad around the apartament. We ask the reception at midnight shift to buy a bootle of water or to drink tap water from the breakfast area and they refused. The elevator it was so old and dirty. After one day of our check in the reception hear us for our identity at midnight shift. Finally the last night they said to us to pay extra city taxis but we have pay everything from booking ! The only good thing in this situation it was the location, my opinion is to not stay at this hotel !. .
