Worse than it appears. The staff were kind. The location is not good and between highway and bridges and so not walkable. the air conditioning operated but didn't cool. The room is not nice..

Ok for the one night we stayed. Good breakfast offerings. Comfortable and clean bed. The lady on the front desk in the morning allowed us to store our bags whilst we went out for the day.. The shower did not drain quick enough which left us standing in 5 inches of water. The bathroom itself could have been a little cleaner..

need to resolve the issues been point out. staff was very helpful and cooperative. shower broke again and again window curtain’s wasn’t big enough to cover it a bit noisy outside there is no lift in property.

Deserves the money you pay for it. The hotel has been renovated. Its clean and very central close to the Yenikapi metro station about 5 minutes. .
