It has clean and comfortable. Everyone was great!. I really loved the location, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. Loved the views from the terrace, especially at night.. The only suggestion would be to check the washing machine. We used it while staying there and had issues with it as it gave us some error messages. The staff was super helpful though, and we were able to resolve this..

An enjoyable stay. Perfect! A superbly located hotel just off the hustle and bustle of the city. As soon as you step in off the street you feel relaxed. The floral arrangement in the front was eyecatching and the scent of the building gave a tranquil and sophisticated feel. All staff in every department were very friendly and couldn't have helped us more. Breakfast was delicious with an enormous choice. Our room was not big or too small and more than suited our needs. The bed was enormous! and very comfortable. We loved the toiletries that were provided. The turn down service was very discreet and provided some nice additional touches. We sat up on the roof terrace a couple of times..... even if we were wearing our jackets! - but it was bright and sunny with superb views; my husband even went in the outdoor pool. We loved the shuffleboard in reception too. Thank you for a wonderful stay.. .
