Decent. Staff could do with being more attentive.. A good hotel. Location is very good and the area, despite being at the lower end, was absolutely fine if you walked the right way to the centre. Restaurant Casa Leopolo is superb and just 10 yards from hotel.. .

Great property, convenient and wonderful staff!!. The staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating especially when a member of our travel group fell ill. We actually stayed at the hotel for 9 days.. I read the reviews about location and we liked it a lot!! Not super touristy and really diversified. Never felt unsafe..

Stellar experience at Barcelò Raval. The hotel experience was stellar! We arrived early and the wonderful receptionist Julia offered to upgrade us for only $25 and we were able to check in immetietly and got a room with the best view . The staff was simply delightful, they catered to all our needs, brought us slippers and made the room like new every day! The view from the 360 bar was spectacular and the check out agent- Natasha- was simply the nicest!. .

Great hotel in a fantastic city. We had a great stay in this contemporary friendly hotel. Staff were really lovely and helpful. The weather meant we didn't get to enjoy the rooftop bar at it's best but we still got some great views of the city at night.
Don't pay too much attention to reviews of the surrounding areas. Yes, it's not in the most salubrious part of town but it's safe and very handy for La Rambla, the Gothic Quarter, El Born and the port area. Really well situated for 3 metro stations.
Would stay here again.. .
