Great hotel. It's in a great location and easy to find from the train station, and within easy access for the airport bus stop. It's also very near to the main attractions - beach, town, bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The room was basic but nice, and the breakfast was good too. The hotel staff were really lovely and helpful too. The whole hotel had oil paintings throughout by a family friend of the hotel, which was a really lovely, tasteful touch. I recommend!. I really liked staying at the Montserrat, but it could be a little noisy at times from within the hotel, but also outside on the streets, but I suspect this is the case from most hotels in most seaside resorts during busy times! Nevertheless, I really liked the hotel, and would definitely stay there again sometime. Thank you!.

good price value balance and helpfull friendly staff. The breakfast was splendid, just the room and premises are a bit outdated, but looking at 'neighbours' in Sitges THIS IS A GOOD VALUE FOR PRICE with a smile on the STAFF faces.. sure recommend this place. .

A disappointing experience marred by severe sewage issues and a lack of proper response from the hotel.. . Extremely Disappointing Stay with Sewage Issues I recently stayed at Hotel Montserrat in Sitges, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. On the third night in room 101, the bathroom toilet flooded, resulting in a sewage problem in the washroom. The room became unbearable due to the overpowering stench. I checked out the next morning, as that was my scheduled check-out date. Despite bringing this issue to the hotel's attention, they refused to provide any compensation or alternative solutions. All I received was a simple apology. This lack of proper customer service, given the severity of the situation, was truly disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience, as such conditions and responses are unacceptable for any guest. *** I attempted to post pictures as evidence of the sewage covering the bathroom floor, but it appears the platform does not allow it. Unfortunately, this prevents me from fully showing the extent of the issue..

Loved staying at this hotel Traveling using Australian dollars was excellent for us. Location very central easy access to popular bars bus and train stationfriendly staff Cleanliness of room Loved the family paintings and the museum of the history of the hotel. Main areas of hotel need a bit of paint ..

Good location does not make up for serious shortcomings. Hotel Montserrat is conveniently located at a reasonable walking distance from the station and close to the main areas of the center. Most of the staff were friendly, especially the lady at the breakfast area, but there were also less than nice encounters.. The facilities were not what you'd expect based on the photos. The door of the room was loose and thin. You could hear people in other rooms and in the hall. There was no hairdryer in the room, and parts of the facilities clearly lack upkeep. The continental breakfast was very basic and without a decent selection of foods..
