No hot water for four days. Good location, next to Termini which is practical when there is no strike. The metro and bus take you straight to the Vatican and the Coliseum.. We had no hot water in the morning for four out of the six days we spent there. We told the receptionist, but he did nothing about it. The kettle was barely working. We used its lukewarm water to wash ourselves. They couldn't even give us a kettle that worked! I wouldn't return to this hotel..

Very happy with our choice of Positano hotel.. Very close to Termini (5-7 minutes walk). Very safe neighborhood even walking at night. Small, basic, very clean room! Friendly, helpful staff. A few nice breakfast/restaurant places nearby. Walking distance to major attractions (half hour). We didnt use any means of transportation to visit the sightseeings. But, we loved walking around!! Perfect for our 3 days visit. Only went back to the hotel late in the evening. Not suitable for someone who wants to go back and forth to the hotel . Practical, clean, safe. Absolute value for money!! Would def book again!. There was not hot water in the evening. Only a bit warm. We didnt mind though switching for a morning shower when the water was hot..

SCAMMERS!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!. Absolutely do not recommend!!! It is a scam!!!!. First of all the place we stayed at was not at all the one we booked!! They made us stay in a completely different building stating "The Positano rooms were under maintenance"!!! The heating system at the "new place" was not working properly, they were trying to make economies and were alowwing the heating system to work for 3-4 hours then stopping it for 5-6 hours. When we asked for a heating blower, they refused to give us one stating "In Italy this and that...". When we told them this is not the first time we are staying in Italy they didn't have anything else to say and told us "But you will be using both the heating blower and the heating system." We simply asked for the heating system to be stopped (as it wasn't doing much anyway and we were freezing cold in the rooms with jackets- in January, around 8 degrees celcius) and for the heating blower to be provided. Warm water was hard to get, we needed to turn it up 10 minutes prior showering in order for it to come in warm. Last but nost least, the toilet was broken and the flushing system was not working properly.. won't go into details about this one. Made our stay in Rome very very very unpleasant!!!.

Good. Hard to say because I stayed somewhere else. Firstly, they told me to check in at different address, when I asked why, they sent an email which said that I can get my money back. I texted them that I don't want to cancell my booking. Since then, I didn't get any message/ reply from them. They just ignored me. When I arrived they told me that they don't have the room for me but in the app it was still " confirmed". They told me to call booking.com. Finally, the owner organized a room for me at his friend's apartment a few blocks away. It was a little bit stressful but ended well. The new apartment was called Tawhid apartments at via Milazzo 42. The owner is really kind and helpful. They didn't want any extra money. The room was spacious and clean.. The whole story was weird, if they texted me back ( because I asked them about my reservation) everything would be clear. But they didn't. The message I got about the money refund was like an option to choose....and I wanted to clarify it but they didn't answer. Or, maybe, they didn't see my messages, I don't know. Anyway, I am grateful that the owner didn't leave me without a place to stay..

Pleasant. The location is perfect, near Rome Termini. Staff is very good and helpful, all the best for them.. Hotel is not very clean, our bed sheet was dirty and the towels were smelling very bad. That’s the thing we didn’t liked..

Not bad but not good. Good location. We had so many complaints. Firstly, the water pressure was very low, and we couldn’t use the hair dryer. Additionally, my friend couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi. On the last day, there was a sudden power outage at night..

Passable. Do not recommend ! Choose some other accommodation !. First of all, they accommodate us in different building, so we have never stayed in Positano. The heating was working only a couple of hours a day so the room was cold. When we asked for some heating device, they just said that we can’t have two heating devices even though there was an air conditioner in the room ?!? They do nothing about it even though the room was cold and the heating didn’t work properly. The shower was running slow and you have to wait about 5 minutes to get hot water. Choose some other place to enjoy your stay in Rome ! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE !!.
