Modern hotel . Hotel was great with a nice breakfast The only thing was house keeping poor service we had to call to get towels in the 4 day stay we had the room done once . Location it’s about ten minute walk to the centre . .

Modern hotel in great location. Good hotel close to HavaBus and in Taksim- modern with terrific spa and plentiful although repetitive breakfast- room was very tight for two people- noisy doors banging all hours of day and night which is inexcusable for a new hotel- soundproof doors are a must- spa has odd hours opens late morning and they force you to buy a swim cap- - staff seem to use the spa as a personal resort which is odd-bathrobes would be a bonus- could use hooks to hang things in cramped quarters- fridge, kettle and safe bonus- great music all day in lobby and dining areas- no drinking water in rooms- should have water dispenser in lobby- smokers hang in outdoor terrace which is disgusting . .

Room for improvement . It’s an ok place. I felt uncomfortable that there was no deadbolt or extra lock mechanism from inside the room. It seems that anyone with card access can just barge in at any time. . .

진짜 art hotel! details are nice in view of design.. 공항버스를 주로 이용하는데 무거운 캐리어로 고생하기 싫어서 선택한 최적의 위치. 내리막길도 한번만 가 보면 금방이다. 공항버스 바로 반대편 호텔 밀집지역과 달리 돌길도 지날 필요 없고 캐리어 굴리기 좋은 위치라서.
아늑하고 깔끔한 객실 디자인이 아주 마음에 든다. 비록 방 크기가 여유롭지는 않지만 크게 불편한 정도는 아니다.
룸뿐만 아니라 로비도 정말 디자인에 공을 들인 흔적이 보인다. 아이템 하나하나가 섬세했고, 숙박에 중요한 부분은 아니더라도 작지만 눈호강하는 기분 좋은 감각이었다.
조식은 딱 터키식 아침. 매일 종류는 거의 같고 위치만 바뀐다! 디저트가 튼실하게 나오는 게 특징. 식기가 좀 작은 게 흠
머무는 동안 온수가 안 나오는 사고가 있어서 약간 불편했지만... 다시는 그런 일은 없길 ㅠㅜ 풀&스파가 무료였는데 이용을 못 해서 아쉽다.
Room cleaning service needs to be developed. There were some hairs and dust left, some teabags were not refilled, and only towels were changed that we put on bed (used ones that still in bedroom were same.) AND!!! Please read this, friendly hosts :-) hot and cold sign of water tap is reversed!!!!! It fooled me :/. .

hotels.com fazla para alıyor. Otelle ilgili bir sıkıntım olmadı fakat hotels.com dan 780 küsür tl ye aldığım odayı, otele gittiğimde 450 tl den satıldığını öğrendim böyle bir fark olmamalı yapılan çok yanlış bu resmen adam kazıklamak. .

Below average . The spa was better than expectations although steam room was not working and no one was there to take care after us.
Breakfast was below average, and staff were not much Happy, it was a shame that we had to clean the table for breakfast . .

Nice hotel for the price. + Hotel is convenient for metro, buses and Taksim Square.
+ Reception service was good and friendly.
+ Hotel is new, and remains in good condition.

- Breakfast was adequate but nothing special (poor selection of fruit and cereals).
- The spa was disappointing (it is run separately from the hotel). They told me I had to wear a swimming cap if I wanted to use the pool (I have a shaved head!!)
- Spa staff were not so welcoming in general.
- The towels in the room were old, thin, worn-out and cheap! please replace them with nice big fluffy towels!! . .
