A pleasant location but not worth the money.. A good selection at breakfast. The breakfast room was spacious.. We ate in the restaurant every night we stayed there. The choice of food was good. However on our last night my choice of the pork ribs served to me was on the point of being thawed from freezing. I asked for the meal to be taken away. Many apologies were offered for the poor preparation of my meal. It was taken away to be reheated, and returned with most of the meat removed from the dish. It was only when I queried the charge for my meal on the bill and the mention of social media was it arranged for a reduction be allowed to my bill. The room we paid for was at the top end of the scale but it was tired and shabby especially in the bathroom where the paint and laminate were peeling from the door and walls. Not worth the top end of the price paid for this choice of room. This was probably due to us having a dog although we paid a high price for his residence. There was no lift from the parking garage into the hotel so for a person with limited mobility this was a challenge to walk up three flights of stairs with luggage. No help was offered..

Perfect apart from construction noise from the port.. Stunning sea, sunset and sunrise views from our huge suite. Kind and helpful staff. Thankyou for allowing an early check in. Very comfortable bed with good bed linen. In room fridge drinks very cheap. Wonderful nearby bars and restaurants in port. Beautiful coastal walk to the wonderful town of Sitges.. Would be good to have a kettle in the room. A lot of construction noise from the on going work in the port..

Nice stay. Overall we had a nice stay here. We had two rooms here which the hotel allocated close together for us. The hotel’s art is great and staff were knowledgeable about the collections. The size of the rooms were good but felt a little outdated. The bathroom was very dark. The pool area was lovely but again outdated with some tiles needing fixing. The breakfast selection was limited. The restaurant menu was nothing special. The restaurant staff also could do with customer service training. There’s better restaurants outside the hotel. The live music night at the hotel was set enjoyable and fun for us. The little beach is so close by and that was great. There’s a lot to do and see in the local area and so good water sports and access to boat rides and that come recommended. .

No iron, no AC, no willingness to help!. Hotel didn’t have a single iron to lend to guests. They say it’s because they have laundry service. It’s the same as not having hair dryer because you have a beauty salon in the lobby. Very unpleasant!! Not acceptable for a 4* hotel. And front desk people were 0 helpful with my need. Room was too hot and the AC was turned off. After complaining they provided me a fan. Breakfast is OK, nothing that makes us super excited about, just ok.. .

Bad experience , very disappointing hotel. Very disappointing experience ! The Wi-Fi is nonexistent, inspite virtually existent , with the internet being either extremely slow or not working at all. If you plan toi work there -forget it ! The furniture and electrical fixtures are outdated and haven’t been renovated in years. USB connections? Never heard never seen ! Nowhere to be found. The bathroom is poorly equipped with just a few towels and no body lotion. The cups provided are cheap plastic, and the shower is old and worn out. The toilet paper was of such poor quality—it felt like sandpaper, rough and scratching the skin. Some electrical sockets didn’t work. The noise in the room was unbearable, coming from both outside the hotel and inside. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The curtains are shabby. The same was with the furniture. There is no safe, despite it being listed as available. The breakfast is mediocre, and the boiled eggs were served cold, as if they had just come from the fridge. Breakfast saturdays and sundays is served at 8:30 ! Sorry but very bad experience .. .

Great location, great interior, great bed, clean, tv poor for a 4*, staff a bit disengaged and going. The building was great and the artwork fantastic. Breakfast was good without being great.. The hotel was more or less empty (3 people in the bar 1 other at breakfast), but we were still put in a 4th floor room as far away from everything as possible with a carpark view, despite having a dog we had to carry. There was also building work on the third floor! All lower rooms with garden access were empty. It was pouring rain when we arrived, but no help was offered, and it was made clear we had to move our car swiftly (again for no reason with an empty hotel other than the hotel wanted €30) this meant going back out and getting soaked!. We appreciate that it was out of season and priced accordingly, but that doesn't explain or justify the indifference in service we felt. Expected more from a 4star!.

Good. Additional cost for pet and parking is high, we parked on the residential street behind the hotel as we have a roof box too high for the hotel parking. Our car got scratched as the road is narrow and busy. The hotel is of a good standard, and the rooms are comfortable, clean, and have great beds that are very comfortable. We had a lot of bags, and it would have been nice to have been helped with them or a trolley provided.. .
