Incorrect and unprofessional. Really frustrating experience. I had to anticipate check out by a few days due to an emergency at work which forced me to return immediately from Turkey. I also asked immediately the hotel also for a partial refund of the remaining days and I was first told that having paid by card there were no conditions and then that the accounting manager refused without giving any explanation. Reimbursement is a guest's right in this cases especially and the facility must always make itself available and find a solution not to take advantage of people.
A demonstration of little seriousness and professionalism. Too bad because the room and facility were clean. Do not call taxis from the hotel because the location is very uncomfortable even if it is in the center and it will take hours to get there and go. I will never go back.. .

Great Location near Taksim Square. The hotel is conveniently located a few blocks from Taksim Square and metro. Airport bus to hotel is about 15 minute walk.
Room was clean and updated. Front desk service is excellent.
Hats off to Emre Mestan for the excellent directions and advise on what to see and eat while in Istanbul.

Disappointing. Cleaning stuff, near to taksim square. Very small room, the electricity cut off two times, you will hear the water drainage from the above room, no toothpaste or toothbrush, the bed sheet was very small and it wasn’t enough for two prisoners,.

Very good. Accommodation was good . The location was good.. The hotel staff provided a disappointing experience. Despite requesting vegan options well in advance, we were served meat on the first day. We spoke to management, and he was rude . The hotel is beautiful, but the staff is horrible. When we brought this to their attention, the management team was extremely rude, stating, "If you're not happy, you can leave, this is not a 5 star hotel" eventually they gave us basic vegan items. The entire team lacked basic hospitality, and I would strongly recommend providing them with proper training, including improving their English communication skills, as this is essential for delivering better customer service in a hotel setting..
