Nothing special. Nice location in palazzo by the river.. No one has invested their heart or money in this place for a long time - rotting elements in the bathrooms, door handles falling off. Noisy rooms from the river side..

Good location and helpful hosts, but facilities and general state do not justify the prices.. The location was good, outside of the busy center, but great point between the old town and Trastevere. We had a few complaints and the hosts were very responsive and quickly fixed our issues.. The room was on street level, on a busy street so it was very noisy with traffic and people at night. The room was very dusty and dark with very poor (green like lighting), tiny bedside tables with only one plug and the shower was questionably clean. The walls were paper-thin so we could hear everything from our neighbour hotel guests, which woke us up arriving late at night and anytime they went in the bathroom, due to their ventilation system. Although the hosts fixed it, the safe did not work on our arrival and the toilet was leaking all in the bathroom..

Nice place to stay. Would do it again.. Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value.. The waterfall shower is great, but the drain wasn’t so good, so it’ll flood the bathroom after a few minutes. I’m sure they can fix that and it’s a wonderful place to stay..
