Location, location, location. The receptionist was very helpful and stored our luggage for several days until we came back from another location.. Soundproof or the lack of it( next room guest had coughs so loud as well talking ( more like screaming on the phone) after the hours.

Exceptional. Location is perfect! Right in the heart of the historical area with mosque, bazaar and Haga Sofia in walking distance. We had a two bedroom suite with a balcony with a view. Everything was cery clean. Beds are really comfortable. The bathroom is quite small, but for 4 days it was manageable. The personnel, especially the daily front desk clerk is very helpful. Breakfast is your typical Turkish buffet with plenty to choose from. I definitely recomend this hotel for quality/price.. Small bathroom.

Excellent location, best hotel. I have to say that Istasyon Hotel was the best choice for our trip to Istanbul. Mine was the third time to Istanbul, but I have to say that is the best location so far. All was very good: location, the rooms so big, cleanliness, friendly staff, very close to the public transportation (train, ferry and tram). Very close to so many attractions. Special thanks to the Reception Manager who responded positive to our request to do an early check in (around 8 a.m) so we could rest for 2 hours. We will definitely come back.. .

Exceptional. We loved the receptionist he was very welcoming and was always polite. Helped us move different locations as we had a lot of luggage’s. And upgraded our room so that we could have my room side by side with my mums room.
And we also loved the location of the hotel.. It wasn’t a very big issue but just a little more variety for breakfast..

For the price it was a good deal. The location, you were on a very accessible area. The cleaning ladies took care of our room , and bringed us bottles of water every day.. The bathroom was very uncomfortable, as it was very small. The breakfast was minimalistic. The area was very noisy, as you could hear from outside, no good isolation..
