Super Dirty hotel . This by far the worst stay ever. Hotel rooms and hallways were super dirty and out dated. We stayed for 3 nights and for the price we payed I would not consider this hotel a 4 start. Maybe a 2 start. Again needs a lot of improvement, light, and cleaning to charge what they are charging per night. . .

Surprise when we came back from the tourist tour at 5 pm the two rooms was dirty the towels too and the bed still needs to be made

Great views, excellent service, and a very good overall stay. Very good stay at Meliá Barcelona Sky. Great city views, excellent breakfast, and a comfortable room. I had a small electricity issue, but front office and maintenance reacted very fast and offered several solutions, which I really appreciated.
I worked for the Meliá brand many years ago and feel loyal to it, but this review is fully objective—the hotel delivered a very good experience.. .

. I don’t like stay there hotel was awesome but staff is not good they didn’t inform anything properly to us what is included or not in room we had one fridge but we not informed that we can use it or not or it’s not complementary why they charge for room than if in room
What we have we can’t use …. When I do reservation they show online that all tax included but when we reach there they hotel charge 48euro more …. All together we are not happy with there communication and cleaning… we call in morning for cleaning room they send someone in evening… stained bedsheet but we didn’t say anything… overall they charge unnecessary charge to us. .

Mediocre. Mediocre customer service. Asked in the reception if I could find a microwave in the hotel so I can heat a meal I didn’t eat and that got cold, they sent me to the restaurant upstairs. When I arrive to the restaurant they tell me they cannot provide any microwave, despite being the food completely sealed, neither any help where I could heat. Went back to the reception, they were helpless.. .

. It’s not close to much which I knew this. Wasn’t a real problem just took taxi everywhere. You can walk to a beach and they have a pool but gets shade as the day goes on.. .
