Nice. An above standard down-town hotel. Block rooms but clean and functional. The staff are very helpful especially if you have to check-in online for your early morning flight. The breakfast is a comprehensive hot and cold buffet. Unfortunately there is no alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar in the room. Also there are no bars in this Muslim area of Ankara. However all is not lost. If you want a cold beer on a hot Turkish day go out of the hotel and turn right. Within 100 meters there is a small shop that sells cold beer to take away. Non-smokers with sensitive noses should realise that a no-smoking room in Turkey is one where they have removed the ashtray just before you get to your room. A pleasant hotel for a few nights but I would not like to be stuck there for a week or more.. .

maximum satisfaction. I would like to recommend Esila hotel becasue there is excellent communication with staff, comfortable and cozy accommodation. Also location is very good near the Kizilay center. I am glad i spent my stay right here.. .

Awful !. Do you like to live with beetles?? So welcome to hotel esila !!! With bad stuff and very dirty rooms i can name this hotel kind of disaster !...awful air conditioner and bathroom...this hotel can be just 1star hotel not 4 !!!. .

Vasat. Konum çok merkezi tek güzel yanı bu. Odalar düzenli gibi görünsede sigara kokusu her yere işlemiş. Isıtıcı fanı çok sesli çalışıyor gürültü rahatsız edici. Bununla beraber fan çalışırken oda çok kuruyordu. Duvarlar ince başka odadaki özel sesleri duyabiliyorsunuz. Banyo eski evye ve küvette su gitmiyor sıkıntılar var.Kahvaltı ilk başta güzel görünüyor ancak yıkanmamış roka ve küflenmiş biber bana hiç güven vermedi(foto ekte) . Çalışanlar kibar ancak genel olarak . .

Rezalet bir gece . Türkiyenin hemen hemen tüm illerinde konakladım. Ankara gibi bir yerde aileye uygun olmayan bir otel. Yataklar leş gibiydi. Çarşaf değiştirmesi talep ettim. Bize çarşafı getirdiler sermelerini bekliyorum demez mi ben mi sereceğim diye bu ilk şok. 2.nci şok ise wc heryer kıl yumağı içinde klozet rezalet üzerine tuvaletini yapmışlar. Eşim ve çocuklarımla gitmiştim şok oldum. Otel olamaz orası sivri sinekten geçilmiyor. . .

Unexpected bill/beklenmeyen fatura. We stayed as two people in 2 twin room. The first day they told us there is no twin available at that moment due to the fact that we did our reservation a week before. They placed us in a single room with queen bad and brought a very small bad (almost half of a single bad) and my friend (1.98 tall) slept on it. We talked to reception and were informed that we would be charged for a single room for that particular night due to the inconvenience. However, they charged as double saying that the number of the people in the room matters. Don't say :)
2 arkadas 2 kisilik odada 6 gun kaldik. Ilk gece daha oncesen reZervasyin yapmis olmamiza ragmen 2 kisilik oda olmadigi soylendi ve single odaya yerlestirildik. Bir gecelik buyuj yatak yanina ufacik katlanmalik rahatsiz bir yatak koydular. Ertesi gun odamiz degisti ve twin'e gectik. Durumu konustugumuzda ilk gece single fiyatindan olacak size denildi. (130tl) fakat cikarken 170 aldilar. Hatirlatinca oyle birseyin mumkun olmadigini ve odadaki kisi sayisinin onemli oldugunu soylediler. Sanki bilmiyoruz.
