Wonderful hotel !. We'd never been to Rome before and weren't familiar with the Pantheon neighborhood, so we were a little unsure about booking this hotel, but the minute we walked into the hotel, we were so happy with our choice. We stayed here for 3 nights before a cruise and had a superior double. Our daughter had the superior single and both rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast at this hotel was wonderful too. We also got free water bottles everyday, which was a really nice gesture. The hotel's location is excellent! It is a walking distance to almost all the major attractions. The only time we used a taxi was to get to the Vatican and Colosseum. The taxi stand is also conveniently around the corner on the right side of the Pantheon. We will definitely stay at this hotel the next time we're in Rome!. .

Best hotel. Before our trip I emailed an employee of the hotel asking for a quiet room. They were very helpful. I was booked into the quietest room ever. It was so peaceful. I loved everything about this hotel. It was charming. It was in a convenient location to walk almost everywhere. The staff were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help. The breakfast was fantastic and there were plenty of tables (I even found the quaint little terrace). The air conditioning was wonderful. We appreciated the water every day. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.. .

Excellent hotel in the historical centre of Rome!. Excellent 3* hotel in the historical centre of Rome just behind the Pantheon & 20 metres from the piazza della Minerva (the one with the little elephant & obelisk - for the ignorants of Roman culture! -) For the services offered this family-owned hotel ows a 4*! Very friendly staff (: I recommend the very helpfullnes signora Federica who speaks many languages!), excellent breakfast & very clean airconditioned public areas & rooms. Your bedsheets & towels get changed every day, minibar with two bottles of free water every day. Public areas & rooms are soberly decorated with excellent reproductions of Roman art and photos of Rome. They have a little secluded terrace on the side of the piazza della Minerva where you can have breakfast or a drink daytime. I recommend this little Roman gem.. .

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, it was in a great location and the staff were very helpful.. The location was wonderful and the room was very clean. It was a very comfortable stay. They also let me store my bags.. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable..

Excellent. Convenient location, warm service, and good value for money. Actually, I thought that in Rome, such a tourist city, it would be costly, but this hotel surprised me. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting this Eternal City. 🥰✨. .

Very comfortable hotel in an exceptional location. We stayed 2 nights at Albergo Santa Chiara before a cruise. The location is perfect to sample the best of Rome, just behind the Pantheon. We could walk everywhere and it felt very safe at night. While the room decor is plain, the beds were very comfortable and air conditing worked perfectly during the heat wave. Our quadruple room was large enough for 2 teenagers to each have their own space, we enjoyed the closed bedroom, large bathroom and the mini fridge. The elevators are small and it is a bit of a maze to get to the room, but that is part of the charm of staying in an old palazzo in the center of Rome, this is not the Holiday Inn. If accessibility is an issue, I would check with the hotel before booking. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Federica who answered all our email queries and helped us book local restaurants.. .
