Great location , clean, good for the value. Great location. Close to main public transportation, both train and buses and the central Rome stations. Many restaurantes and stores walking distance. It was extremely clean despite the furniture and installations not being new. Staff was excellent. Some things are outdated. Just by doing a couple of simple and inexpensive updates, like the bed sheets, the lamps shades and/or the bathroom mirror , the rooms would do a great change and look more modern.

Safe , comfortable, great base site to explore the Rome and other cities by train.. The staff was great and very friendly. The hotel was safe and secure. I like that they give you a key fob to enter the hotel from the street, very secure. I like to location because it was close to the train station our main means of transportation on this trip. Access to the train station was just down the street, at the other end of the street a nice park to enjoy our morning coffee.. Look we had no illusions , this is not our first trip to Italy, we knew that the room would be somewhat dated ( it is not a big chain hotel), BUT it was comfortable , clean and the air conditioning worked fine..

Decent hotel. Close to centrum and nice staff. Dirty bedsheets and towels. Toilet seat loose and AC was hot at 28C..

Average stay! Kudos to staff though.. Mainly location else things were just normal.. Washrooms were really small. Little insight about my Room no. 10 was that the shower was not smooth instead it was very sharp and kinda piercing. No dental kit, I believe 3 stars give dental kit but I neither asked.
