Amazing stay felt really welcome.. Lovely hotel very centrally located. Excellent facilities and really comfy beds, had everything needed. Breakfast had great coffee, tea and delicious freshly baked cakes and pastries. The best thing about this hotel though was the staff, who were really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Would return in a heartbeat.. .

4 nights in Rome. We stayed here for 4 nights and found the hotel to be just excellent. The staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. There was some noise from outside, but it wasn't bothersome with the windows shut.. .

Best hotel experience I have ever had anywhere in the world!. Hotel location is perfection! Right next to metro and walking distance to all the great sights. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was so helpful and polite. We have never had such fantastic service from the front desk staff. Roman in the dining room went above and beyond with his cheer and helpfulness. I can't wait for my next visit to Rome, I wouldn't stay anywhere else!. .

Great location, amazing service, a bit noisy but worth 10*s. First off, like so many other reviews, Roman. He made fast friends with our daughter, and she loved him! He made us delicious breakfast every morning, and had coffee ready as soon as we sat down as well as bringing out her high chair for her! The front desk and housekeeping staff are also super friendly and accomodating. Everything is nearby with the Colloseum being a 10 minute or less walk.. The only downside of this hotel as others have said is the bar next door. The locals like to gather there before going out clubbing, and it can be a bit noisy. But, a white noise app on our phone and keeping the window closed at night was enough to keep everyone, including our 10 month old baby asleep!.

Very good. Property was very clean, easy to find and a great distance from the tourist sights of Rome. It also faces an amazing Gelato place!
The chef was extra friendly and my 3 year old who had barely eaten any of the foods our entire holiday, absolutely loved the food & kept asking for more (especially the chocolate and scrambled egg!). My only fault was how small the lift was. Just about fit my partner and our buggy at a squeeze. I had to walk to floor 3 due to already being very nervous with lifts and I would’ve panicked due to the size. Wouldn’t stop me from staying again - would maybe just request a floor on the lower levels 🤣.
