Şaka gibi . Öncelikle, otelde konakla(ya)madık. Hotels.com rezervasyonum, görevlinin baktığı sistemde anlamadığım bir şekilde expedia üzerinden İngiltere'den yapılmış görünüyordu. Görevli sistemde böyle göründüğü için erkek arkadaşımdan Türk kimligi isterken benden birleşik krallık pasaportu göstermemi istedi (??). Bunun mümkün olmadığını anlattım. Birleşik krallıkla bir ilgim olmadığını anlattım. (ip değiştirme vs yapmam mümkün değil) Hotels.comla iletişime geçmemi aksi takdirde bu şekilde ceza alacağı için bizi tesise kabul etmeyeceğini söyledi. Ödemeyi de hotels.com üzerinden yaptığım için rezervasyon sırasında ödemiş olduğum ücreti iade edemeyeceğini, Hotels.comla çözebilecegimi söyledi. Çağrı merkezini aradım yoğunluk nedeniyle baglanamadim. Sonradan görevli bizi zaten erkek arkadaşımla soyadlarimiz farklı olduğu için günlerdir almak istemediğini, birkaç gün önce rezervasyonmuzu iptal etmeyi düşündüğünü ama etmediğini anlattı (?). En sonunda bir şekilde para iademizi aldık ve otelden çıktık. Bizim için şaka gibi bir deneyim oldu. Bir daha ne hotels.comla ne de böyle bir otelle bir isim olmaz. Rezillikler silsilesi idi. . .

. I booked the place that shows in Expedia has everything, all of them are fake it has broken refrigerator and dirty coffee machine. They didn’t change the room, and had no option to cancel suggested to cancel through expedia. And the app can not cancel it was a bad experience. I spent one night and next day moved to new places paid cash to spend rest of the days. I didn’t get the refund. . .

Hôtel sympa calme est très propre. J'étais avec ma femme et mon petit bébé et j'ai passé 10 nuits tu es dans cet hôtel un très bon rapport qualité-prix ,l'hôtel est situé près des lieux touristiques notamment la Mosquée Bleue et Aya Sofia ,personnel aimable et toujours disponible et spécialement Soulayman un super host toujours présent pour présenter son aide.. .

A Nightmare. I strongly advise not to go to this hotel. Its a one man show. She is the owner,cleaner,receptionist, manager, and does not speak a word of english. Regardless what the internet booking says the insist on cash, change the price, dont clean room, pretty difficuilt to get to, No lift and no porter, no kitchen ..just Nightmare. .
