Horrible experience - I reposted them to my credit card company. We were supposed to have two interconnecting rooms with a double bed and a single bed. They gave us instead a small room with only a double bed. After realising the mistake they added a camp bed. As a consequence we could barely move around in the room. This is not at all what I booked and paid for and I asked immediately for a refund. They told me I’ll have to talk to the manager in the morning. But in the morning the experiment got even worse. They refused to reimburse me the difference for the price of the room they gave me versus what I booked. And claimed that the breakfast they offered as an apology should cover the difference. Baseline: I blocked my credit card payment to them since there is a very simple legal word for this behaviour. Note for families: on the last night we got the family room we paid for, only to discover that there is no heating in the room meant for the child. Overall, my experience has been just horrible - I would have never chosen to stay in these conditions travelling with a small child! Never again! Stay clear of it!. .

Ideal location.. The hotel is in the best location. There are wonderful restaurants nearby. Close access to Galeries Lafayette and the Opera, as well as all major transportation hubs. The hotel has very polite and pleasant staff. The room is clean, good bed linen. The hotel has a French accent, the rooms and bathroom are not big. Our bathroom only fit one person, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Only WIFI was quite slow. And everything was quite comfortable.. .

Exceptional. I had a wonderful stay at the George Sand! Perfect location, very near to grand magazins and metro station. Big sized rooms for Paris with a lot of storage spaces & big windows. Stayed in a lot of different hotels in this area bevore but this one was the best regarding price-performance, even it was Maison & Objet fair this time! Would definitely book again, thanks a lot to the friendly and attentive team!!!. nothing.

The rooms are big we took two bedrooms , but the view was terrible 😞. Great location You are in the center Of Paris amazing location. Unfortunately the hotel smells cigarettes everywhere 😌.

The evening staff by the front desk is just but kind and helpful! Friendly yet professional! The hotel is located in the. Everything! Checks all the travel necessities!. None.

A lovely place in the very centre 5 min from the Opera.. A family room is perfect for a family of 3 because it consists of 2 rooms divided by the door. Or for two persons traveling together. Facilities are basic but all is clean and working.. Nothing.

Family trip to Paris to celebrate birthday. Our stay in this hotel was amazing! The staff are so friendly! We were travelling with our 3 year old daugther for my husbands birthday and they had left us a gift and card in our room. We stayed in a room with two bedrooms and it was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is also fantastic. We will definitely come back and sincerely recommend it.. There was nothing that we did not like..

Great location, clean rooms.. The location was to die for if you are llooking to be near to all the shopping places and great bars/restaurants. The room was big enough. The stuff overdid them selves when I asked for 1 extra towel and gave me 3 towe4ls, 1 slippers and a shower gel :) They were always smiling.. My room was a little cold and it took a whole day to make it warm enough as the heater was turned off when I checked in.

Superb. I love this hotel! Come here each year. Great locations for shoppers and not only. It has its charm. The personnel is always friendly .. .
