Spain Vacation . Great location! Everything is walking distance lots of restaurants, shopping.
La Ramblas strip is very close to our hotel which made things easier which was great.
The hotel very clean bed comfortable shower clean. Overall lovely place & area. . .

. This place is absolutely HORRIBLE and not worth any of your money. On top of the lack of cleanliness the service is even worse. The rooms look absolutely nothing like the pictures, nonetheless we gave it a chance. We arrived to our room after a day out and the air conditioning was not working. We gave it a second to start working, but when it didn’t we raised our concerns to reception. The red head woman was rude and completely ignorant of our complaint. The room was unbearably hot, so much so that we started feeling sick. Again, we brought up our concern and the woman assured us it was working. I assure you it was not. After the lady’s rudeness and disrespect, we left. Though this doesn’t even go into enough detail to describe the depth of our horrible experience, it gives an idea to this abhorrent hotel and its service. Do NOT stay here. There are better ones around for around the same price and with better quality. . .

. I lived the e edgy of the staff all of them were eager to help and share recommendations. They helped us to find places to go and also reserved a taxi to go to the airport at 2:30 am, that was on time and cheaper than an uber. The room was clean an spacious, it even had a huge terrace. Would definitely go back next time in Barcelona. . .

. I was very disappointed on our 3 night stay. We don’t have an air conditioning working. Talked to front desk staff and he keeps on resetting power to the unit which did not work right. I had him address the issue to the manager which the manager did not take action about the issue nor a maintenance came to check the problem. I am demanding a compensation. Will email the manager as what the front desk staff suggested.. .
