. We were happy with our stay at Hotel de Sers during our Christmas vacation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, it’s situated in a great location close to Champs Elysees and other points of interest, and was very quiet. We had 2 rooms that were next to one another (not connecting) but the interior was beautifully decorated and although the rooms and bathrooms were a bit on the small side, they were clean, quiet and nicely appointed. The concierge helped us secure dinner reservations and we never waited more than a few minutes for a taxi.. .

Will Stay Again. Had a late check in, after 10 PM. Check in was efficient. Room size was smaller than anticipated but ok for a 2-night stay. All amenities are up to date. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. **BIG THANK YOU for having the good sense to have outlets nearby the night stands!
Strange that there was no coffee maker in the room.
Location of the hotel is around the corner from Four Seasons George V so very close to Champs-Elysées. We walked everywhere with just a few taxis and buses used. . .

Not a 5 star - lacks facilities and chiqueness. Pros:
-Location 15 mins walk from Eiffel Tower
-Staff ( lovely and accommodating)
-Comfy bed
Cons:
-Rooms aren’t as chique as you would expect- lacks the finishings for calibre oh hotel
- No tea and coffee facilities in room (I enquiried about this as I read a response from management on trip advisor a two months ago saying they were remediating this). Instead, we were stuck with €8 for a tea / coffee for the room - disappointing as would have expected complimentary.
- Gym is just 3 machines in the basement (cosy but not sufficient for a workout)
- Rain shower in the bathroom spurted a few jets of water. Disappointing.
- Breakfast (not value for money €30/€40 pp)
- Room Service not 24hrs (not too bothered, but is this not mandatory for a 5 star?!). .

Great Hotel Great Location Great Price. Just spent a week at Hotel De'Sers. It was perfect in every way. The room was small, but extremely quiet and very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The lobby and common areas were immaculate, as was our room. Breakfast was also great. THe location (two blocks from Champs Elysee) was excellent making everything walking distance! Overall, it's an A+++ and we definitely plan on going back. . .
