The worst time.ever. The Moroccan lady at the reception was very helpful. The elevator was broken. And I had to flake 75 kG of bags and carry it to the fifth floor..

It was pretty okay for the money we paid. The room way clean.. There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom.

Never again!!!. Booked and paid for this hotel , unfortunately I tested positive for Covid and couldn’t travel. Fully aware of the no cancellations/ refund policy, didn’t ask for a refund not cancellation. I kept them updated though I did not tell them the nature of my illness. Life happens, even after making the best plans , things can go wrong. Pleaded with the hotel to move the date forward , they agreed , asked me for the dates that I wanted to move my booking then later did a u-turn. That their manager said no. Lost £840.52 that I paid for the accommodation. They stuck to their policy and refused to reconsider. Such a harsh way of dealing with your customers. I regret ever booking this hotel, never again!!!!!. .
