Exceptional. I really liked the hotel and the room was very comfortable. Good room cleaning. The location of the hotel is simply excellent, within walking distance of many attractions. The staff service was top notch, and the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The breakfasts were very tasty.. .

We’d love to come back again, next time in Barcelona!. The location and the staff were perfect. Almost every toutistic attraction is walkable from the hotel and it is also so close to the metro station. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They did everything we asked immediately. The room was big enough, comfortable. The city view was very attactive. We enjoyed it very much. Thanks to all Sunotel Central Staff!. .

Good. Good for short stays but for the amount of money I paid I expected more. The location is convenient, near Placa Universitat for the metro and also near the aerobus stop to/from the airport. Several small supermarkets and a starbucks are located nearby. Staff were warm and friendly.
The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The double rooms with balconies are facing the main street, which can be noisy with motorbikes and buses or police sirens, but the balcony was nice to have. The floor in the room was laminate, and you can hear neighbouring rooms or even water rushing down pipes sometimes, so there is a noise issue. The coffee machine was nice, but no kettle provided to make tea (even though they put some teabags!). The cupboard is open with a few hangers but not so much shelving. The bathroom had a bidet and a basic hair dryer, which was good. The shower was ok, but it was sometimes hard to get it set at a comfortable water temperature (either too hot or cold).. .

Pleasant and relaxing stay. Very pleasant staff, good and clean room with nice shower, good breakfast, and while the swimming pool was still a bit chilly the hot tub behind it was wonderful.
Centrally located, walking distance from Placa Catalunya.
Would come back again.. .

Very nice just a break to let our hair grow. The hotel is very pleasant and clean the room we had was very small no bath and the hot water was hit and miss very friendly the food is very good and well worth the price the breakfast was very good and plenty of choice
It is a bit of the beaten track to the main attractions there are cheaper hotels with 4 stars for less
We would love to come back to Barcelona but we would definitely find some where else closer to the shopping area
There is no coffee tea facility in the room this was the down fall for us. .
