Great for a business stay, with everything you need and plenty to keep you entertained in one place.. Delicious full Turkish breakfast with plenty of variety. The gym is small, fitting under a dozen people, but functional. Swimming pool available for relaxation. The hotel is connected to a 6-story mall, making shopping and dining very convenient.. The location is great for SAW Airport, but if you also use IST Airport, it’s about 45 minutes away without traffic. Not a big issue, but something to keep in mind for frequent travelers..

Best hotel in istanbul - all in one. Everything! Even my plan was to try multiple hotels during my stay in turkey, but after my first night, i extended for 5 more nights:
1. Nice stuff
2. Strategic location near to all places in Qatar and not crowded at same time which is something rate to find
3. Clean and nice
4. Rare advantage: it is connected direct to a mall which is amazing
And many. Nothing.

Awful Experience. Left an expensive shirt @ Reception..Left clear instructions to be cleaned immediately as there was blood on the collar . Left @ 1 pm …The top was still @ Reception @ 5 …
Place is a joke …They went running around to get it cleaned … They couldn’t get the blood out !! The top cost 100 💶 Euros.. They then tried to get out of the situation by claiming the time was 4 hour delay was not an issue !!!
The top is ruined !!!
Their attitude was a disgrace
Also left another 2 tops for cleaning that morning @ 9am
They stated I would get the tops back @ 6 pm
Did not receive the tops back until 10.30 pm that evening
5 star hotel !!

Average hotel stay. Breakfast menu is not exciting. No pizza served, very limited options for their food menu. The scrambled eggs are prepared long before served and they accumulate moisture and are served cold. The room is clean, bed is comfortable, overall service is okay.. .

Perfect Service Thank you DoubleTree by Hilton Umraniye Hotel. I stayed at this hotel due to flight cancellation. I had an excellent experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food they served was delicious. I was a bit nervous but the staff made us feel at home. There is a transition from the hotel to the shopping center you can spend time.I recommend the hotel to everyone.. .

Friendly staff, good food, clean and spacious rooms - a true 5 star experience indeed!. Room was quite clean and spacious, had all kinds of amenities. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room service was on time. The hotel had 24 hour in-room dining facility and the food was pretty good. Its greatest convenience is that the hotel has direct access to a huge shopping mall from its lift. Most taxi and uber rides know of this place as the mall is a known landmark in the area. Hotel itself had friendly staff and feels quite safe for travellers. I was quite surprised that most of their staff spoke good English. Overall wonderful stay and nothing really to complain about. Planning to come back again on next trips.. Everything was good, from well mannered & helpful staffs, to food, cleanliness and convenience. So I can't really say anything that I didn't like from this stay at this hotel..
