. We stayed here a year ago and came back because it’s in a perfect location! We were disappointed to see our new room was even smaller than the last - it’s hard to move around or open your luggage. Secondly, we were told there was complimentary champagne but when I noticed it wasn’t in the holder or fridge, the hotel still did not provide us any. Not interested in returning but it is a great location, clean hotel with included breakfast! . .

. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location of the hotel is just a short walk to the dining and shopping around Piazza Novana. Surrounded by excellent restaurants and easily walkable to many of the major sights in Rome. The hotel reception was helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. And we enjoyed the included breakfast each morning. And most importantly for a visit to Rome in July, the air conditioning is very very good. For those visiting from the US, absolutely no issue keeping it as cool as you would back home.. .

. The staff made us feel like VIPs. Very welcoming and accommodating. The room was very quiet given its location in the center of the city. Then we would step outside and be in the heart of the city.. .
