. We stayed here a year ago and came back because it’s in a perfect location! We were disappointed to see our new room was even smaller than the last - it’s hard to move around or open your luggage. Secondly, we were told there was complimentary champagne but when I noticed it wasn’t in the holder or fridge, the hotel still did not provide us any. Not interested in returning but it is a great location, clean hotel with included breakfast! . .

. Everything about our stay at Navona Street was a dream. The hotel feels very new, clean, and modern. It was a perfect retreat after busy days sightseeing in historic Rome. Breakfast each morning was lovely. The reception staff was such a joy to be around. Very warm, wonderful recommendations, and history! I told the woman who checked us in that she could be a historic tour guide. The staff here take such pride in their jobs and their city. The location is also perfect. Really close to incredible locals cafes and shops and the stunning Piazza Navona!. .
