Lovely 3 night stay. We’ve just come back from a 3 night stay.
It’s located roughly an hours walk from the Eiffel Tower.
We were disappointed with having to pay a €300 deposit on arrival which was sprung on us, and bear in mind they tell you it’s refunded immediately but it’s been 24 hours from check out and still nothing, I think this amount is absurd Paris is extremely expensive and if you haven’t calculated this into you holiday spends or bring a credit card to put this on then you will find yourself watching your funds.
Despite this the rooms were amazing, modern, cleaned every day with fresh towels, Nespresso coffee pods and complimentary bottled water and amazing views, we were on the 23rd floor on the right of the hotel and got to see the sunrise each morning.
There is a little supermarket to the left of the hotel for anything you might need, cans of fizzy drink being only €1
The skybar was lovely, extremely expensive as you’d imagine. we were told we had to spend €50 per couple while up there but if you go after 11pm there is no minimum spend, when we got the bill the lady in the skybar said we didn’t have to spend the minimum €50 pp despite what the lady on the desk downstairs says.
We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that although that was €30 pp, there is lovely little cafes around the area so we didn’t miss out and grabbed a coffee and croissant on our walks.
We used the gym one morning which is nice, has a few pieces of equipment and two Seperate rooms, towels to use and pieces of fruit which is a nice touch.
I would definitely stay here again if they waiver the €300 deposit. .

Misleading view. The terrace is not part of the hotel, it is an entirely separate venue and company running it: "skybar". Access to the terrace is very restrictive: evening only, adult only and costs a minimum of 50€ per person. This is particularly misleading.. .

Good hotel and location. Choose this hotel for its location and being part of Accor and did not disappoint. Given a room in the 29th floor, excellent views of the city. Room clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. Arrived at 12pm check in is at 3pm wanted 89 euro for an early check in and only wanted to secure bags in room - left with concierge and returned about 9pm.. .
