Scammers. .. Had a very disrespectful and bad experience and I want You to solve the problem.
I had a booking at 5 Rue Eugene Gibez, 75015.
The problem is that I booked a room for two persons for 12.08.2024- 13.08.2024 on a Booking. It told that I can check in only at 12:00AM
So I wrote that I would like to change time of arriving/checking in to 01:00-02:00 AM and got a positive answer on the app and the email also and it also said it’s gonna be free.
So I arrived at the hotel around 01:00-01:30 am and had to pay EXTRA 90€ for checking in! I mean they didn’t even give me the key. The lady opened room itself and told that we will get our keys in the morning.
I clearly see it’s a scam that worth 90€.
Its all seen on the cameras and I paid that money only not to be on the street at night..

Beautiful Convention. Fantastic location for metro, bars and restaurants. Good area and not expensive like some parts of Paris. While the rooms are small they are very clean, towels are a little light but they gave us as many as we wanted. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will be back.. I have stayed here before but this time price more than doubled, must be because of olympics. Other than that nothing to dislike..

Rooms are really small. Not even comfortable for single person. Infrastructure is so bad.. only the location is fine. Service, Communication, Management everything was pathetic. Also they did follow up several time for booking confirmation and asked for payment 2 days early. Although the payment was opted for pay at property. After making the payment we called the hotel to check on confirmation and they said there is no booking for us. City tax was not included in the bill and we had to pay separately during check in..
