Wonderful Istanbul Hotel on Asian Side. We had an amazing family vacation, everything was great and the people that work at the hotel are all very nice and helpful during our stay in Istanbul. From arrival to departure we always felt a personal touch just for us. The whole team was all about the guest and their ultimate satisfaction and safety. We have nothing but great things to say about them.
Team members Elamira went above as always to make me and my wife feel welcome and made sure we were always taken care of. Looking forward to staying there again soon.. .

Great Stay one more time. I have stayed in this hotel several times now and I like the hotel due its nearness to my workplace and also to Carrefour.
The hotel building seems to be a residential apartment earlier and later converted to be a hotel. We checked in for just 1 nights and had our share of work and pleasure.
The hotel upgraded us to a club room with compliments and hence we did enjoy the complimentary club visit on the top floor.
Marriot hotel cannot be beaten when it comes to food and its variety. I had an amazing stay with Marriot Asia Istanbul.. .

Extremely disappointing, freezing room conditions, ineffective maintenance, and unhelpful staff. . I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. After returning to my room around 9:30 PM in the midst of Istanbul's winter, I found it unbearably cold—even though the heater was on. The maintenance team arrived and set up a makeshift workspace in the middle of the room, complete with ladders and tools, and worked for about 30 minutes right there in my room—it was surreal. When I asked for a room change, I was shown another room with the exact same issue: freezing temperatures and no resolution in sight. I had booked for two nights but was forced to leave after the first night due to the uncomfortable conditions. The staff were unhelpful and even rude, showing no apology or willingness to make things right. Overall, my experience was far below expectations..
