Bad. . Avoid this hotel at all costs. I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this experience compels me to make an exception. The rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and smelled of smoke. Most concerning was the rude and unprofessional behavior of the manager, which made an already unpleasant stay even worse.
The breakfast area was shockingly unhygienic. Guests were allowed to touch the bread with their bare hands while slicing it, and we saw bread smeared with toppings being returned to the buffet from people’s plates. Hair was also found on the bread. Additionally, the dishes were washed by hand using an well-worn sponge instead of a dishwasher, which was unacceptable. This complete lack of basic hygiene forced us to eat elsewhere, despite having paid for breakfast.
The noise levels were unbearable, and the lack of professionalism from staff made the stay even worse. This was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. Definitely not a four-star hotel..

the bed is not comfortable
The room is very small and the bath room very small
The room supposed to be for 2 people but will not be comfortable for 2 as the bed is queen size
They have extra rooms but they don’t give you 10 min to xtra you need to leave by 12.
