Enjoyable stay. Impressive decor.. Gorgeous decor in the hotel and bedroom. Also, well decorated for Christmas. Slippers ,gowns, and jacuzzi . Cakes at breakfast were tasty. Amazing roof terrace for breakfast. Helpful reception staff. Information about breakfast could have been more explicit. We were not sure if we could order from the menu as part of our breakfast package..

Lovely Hotel, Great location. Lovely Hotel in a great location, well within easy walking distance of all of the main sights. We enjoyed 4 nights here which allowed us to visit all the main attractions be prepared to walk. the hotel is comfortable and spotless. Buffet breakfast was very good with a wide selection we always found enough to set us up for the day. the lobby bar is great for a nightcap after a long day sightseeing, it is a little pricey but on par with a London Hotel. the friendly service and wide range of cocktails meant we visited every evening. I recommend this Hotel and have nothing to complain about we enjoyed our visit.. .

Very good. Great location, free welcome drinks and live entertainment each evening in the bar. Stored luggage with no issues at all. Clean room and cool decor. Nice breakfast room with good views and a fine variety of pastries, bread, coffee etc. The pool is an additional (high) cost. Think it was €45 per person for 2 hours and €100 pp for spa facilities. The bed was two single beds pushed together despite booking a double (at least clip them together!).

Much better than expected given the online reviews. Loved the room we were in - room 619 which had a balcony and a bath which looked over the city. Breakfasts were also really good considering they are part of the deal, great views from the 7th floor at breakfast. All the staff were really friendly and helpful - very customer focused and the walk into the heart of Rome was only about 20 to 25 minutes. The rooftop terrace wasn't open when we stayed..
