Top location but expensive. The location is one of the best in Paris. Extremely cramped space could not open wardrobe and bathroom door at the same time, I was most disappointed with the refreshments, the booking mentions coffee but when we arrived there was 1 coffee pod and 2 decaf pods for the whole 4 day stay and if we wanted more would be charged. My issue is if we stayed 1 night and then the room was taken by a different guest you would have replaced the pod. The room was not discounted for multiple nights so I feel this was wrong..

It's a great base!. Centrally located for all the sites - we like to walk wherever possible - 5mins from the Louvre, the tour bus stop and a great selection of restaurants. We didn't use the Metro, but if you do, there are two stops very close by. And you're 10mins walk from Galleries La Fayette.. The rooms are quite small, essentially the price covers the location which is excellent. We had a room facing the road, traffic noise isn't particularly intrusive, but if you value a peaceful lay in then ask for room at the rear of the property..

Exceptional. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, recommending local eateries and places to visit and booking taxis. Although they spoke perfect English, they spoke to me in French to allow me to practice my limited ability of the language, without immediately switching to French, which I was grateful for.. The rooms were on the small side, but beautiful.

Best location and excellent staff. The first impression was really good after we arrived. The receptionist was nice and made effort to our early checkin. Got a room with big windows and a good street view. The mattresses are nice and comfy. It is surprisingly quiet at night. The hotel matches 4* but there are areas like bathroom which might need some renovation or better cleaning. Overall, worth the price and would come back again. . .

Bad Experience, Honest Review. We had a very bad experience the bedding was dirty stained, flies in the room, the bathroom door was jammed I could no get it to open middle of night although manager came to check, no apologies Staff at front desk were very rude ! I will not be going back. .
