Superb. The location was very good, it was in the middle of the city so it was close to most of the attractions. Breakfast was very good and was fresh everyday and reliably good.. the hours for the breakfast ended too early which made it difficult to really enjoy. the room was a long walk from the elevator to the room..

Amazing experience in a lovey hotel, would definitely return. The location was perfect, short walk to Las Ramblas. Check-in went very smooth, despite it being 1am in the morning. All staff very friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful, nice view of the roundabout outside. Gym had everything you might need. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to dine in the restaurant but ordered room service and food was delicious.. .

A hotel of contrasts. My husband and I stayed in a suite for one night. It was amazing, so luxurious and spacious, right on the Plaza de España. Then, we moved to our Luxury Escapes tour room for the next 2 nights. What a let down! The room was old and worn, poorly furnished. The bathroom was very basic, with a shower in a very narrow bath that was very difficult to use. It was hard to believe that we were in the same hotel. Fortunately we were able to enjoy the breakfast with both rooms. The breakfast was wonderful, wide choice and a spacious dining room. The staff were mostly very friendly and helpful, a couple of the staff only wanted to up-sell to us.. .
