DISASTER HOTEL... THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. We requested a room in a higher floor, which was given to us. Third floor.. The hotel is about 15 minute walk away from Manzoni metro. The location is around Piazza di pOrta di Maggiore and is invaded with Africans sleeping with mattresses outside pavement and a lot of noise from cars, trams and trains.
The room is very small and furniture is very old.
We requested a double and a single bed...and we got a double and a folding bed.....with both mattresses really not good to sleep.
Very difficult to find hotel around piazza. Not enough signs to see it.
Also during breakfast...the pastries including chocolate croissants finished. The lady told us sorry these finished.
I travel nearly 4 times a year and HAVE NEVER FOUND A HOTEL WITH BREAKFAST TIME ALLOTTED FOR 30 MINUTES ONLY.
If you don't have tables, use the roof as advertised.
We had to book the breakfast time for 9 am and pastries were finished for us...BUT THEN SAME LADY TOLD PEOPLE WHO CAME 9.30AM THAT PASTRIES FINISHED....BUT 3 MINUTES LATER TOLD THEM TO WAIT AS THESE WILL ARRIVE IN 5 MINUTES. ARE WE ALSO SAME CLIENTS??? WE PAID SAME FOR HOTEL.
DISGUSTING 2 STAR HOTEL....NOT A FOUR STAR HOTEL AS ADVERTISED. I WILL NEVER USE THIS HOTEL...EVEN FOR FREEEEE.

Loved our stay and definitely will be back 👍. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with advice. The gentleman on the front desk and several staff spoke really good English and the food was very good as well.. .

Excellent stay for a night in Roma. The hotel is located near the train station, and it is very convenient to travel from that point. The hotel staff was super friendly and provided excellent hospitality. They explained everything very well and could also speak English.
The room is clean and the breakfast was lovely.. During the afternoon and evening, you may experience noises, horns, from the cars and trains outside..

Great weekend with friends. Could not fault the hotel.good location for public transport. Restaurants and bars around the area. Clean and comfortable. Complementary bottle of wine, which we drank sat on the roof terrace garden. Good continental breakfast breads, meat, cheese, cereals, yoghurt, fruit and juice, and lovely pastries. Staff friendly, nothing too much trouble. Would recommend and stay again. I booked 6 rooms for 12 people, all liked it. Very reasonable priced.. It was noisey at night in the room. With traffic and trams. But it is a very city..
