Poor. Undergrownd Parking. Who is giving this hotel an ‘excellent’ rating? The staff is a bit impudent. I asked to change my room twice-they refused. In room stinks, stinks of canalization from sink . Room: everything is old—furniture, hangers, carpets. Dirty toilet, dirty floor, hair on the bed linen. Dirty cups at the restaurant. (Watch my pics) In the family room, instead of a second bed, there was a narrow, small old couch. The worst part—in February, the room was unbearably hot and stuffy. The window only opens 10 centimeters. Attention—you will not be able to air out the room. Disgusting. Never again..

Rome. We stayed at this hotel and I must say that it was a more than satisfactory stay. Excellent and varied breakfast. Spacious room and great attention to cleanliness. All the staff were very kind. We will definitely be back amazzzziiinggggg beautiful 😍. .

Wonderful stat. Stayed at this hotel with a leisure group touring Italy. Great helpful staff, very attententive to our requests and always ready to help. We had an upgrade to a junior suite. Spacious and with a cozy bed and all essentials. Great breakfast quality and quantity wise. The position is not central but we had a bus at our disposal so we did not have any issue. The trip to the center is around 25 minutes by bus.. .

Great stay and excellent service. We had a wonderful stay at Precise House Mantegna. The hotel is well-maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is convenient, and the overall experience was very pleasant. We have participated in convention in the hotel. Overall a very satisfying experience.. .

Excellent hotel & would definitely stay again. We were visiting family so for us this was a perfect location. The room was large with big windows which let in plenty of light. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff were professional and helpful.. I felt that the breakfast could have had more options and was a little limited for hot options..
