Good location, friendly staff, good room. The staff were friendly and helpful! The room was a good size and the basic breakfast buffet was ok. Air conditioning was refreshing as it was a hot period.. A lift/elevator would have been great as there are many stairs on a narrow staircase - something the immobile should consider.
The breakfast should have been free considering the room price (€300+) and the cold continental breakfast offered (no hot food at all). The bathroom was small, especially the shower cubicle which was very narrow - I am slim and still found it to be so..

Excellent hotel for the price.. Hotel has best air conditioning I have experienced while visiting Paris. The staff is very cordial and welcoming. Typically my go to hotel when staying in Paris as it is a great value.. The odownsidenside is the walls are thin so can easily hear people talk in the hallway or while going up the stairs. Shower can be small if are a big person like me but very managable..
