Wonderful Paris stay!. We were in Paris for only a couple of days and our stay was fabulous, the hotel was in a great location close to many great bars and restaurants . .

Our wedding money was stolen by management. Future travellers beware: staff will steal your money kept in THE SAFE. We have 5,000 eur kept in the safe, my husband forgot to get the envelope in the locked safe so we called the hotel Director and gave her our safe password. Instead of going up with another staff, she gave the password to the hotel manager, he came into the room by himself. I’m not sure what happened but the envelope they gave us back only has 2,800 eur. They stole our 2,200 eur and offer no further investigation. We were shocked and never expected management level staff would have stolen money from hotel guests. Overall nice, but would appreciate a quiet room next time.. Clean, art-deco styled spacious room and kind staff.. The room I was assigned to was quite loud as I could hear the guests next door every time they used the bathroom..

Awful Customer Service!. Upon arrival, at around 1am, I asked the reception desk if the room had been made up to be a twin room, as per my booking request, because I was travelling with my daughter. I was told that it was a twin room. We arrived at the room and it was a double. I went back to reception to report the issue and the staff went to check that the room was indeed a double. I have no idea why they would need to check this. They could not offer alternative accommodation and were apologetic. They then gave me bedding to separate the beds and sort the sheets and duvets myself. In a four-star hotel, I thought this was appalling. Quite why the staff couldn’t rectify the issue for us, I do not know, so I was left to make up two beds, in the middle of the night. However, as I started to make the beds, the staff had not given me the correct bedding. Back down to reception. The staff were very apologetic and brought the correct bedding to my room a few minutes later. As compensation, this member of staff offered free breakfasts for the duration of our three-day stay. I accepted this, made the beds and thought nothing more of it. Upon checkout, I was asked to pay for my breakfasts. I detailed the events of my arrival to be told that I had not booked a twin room, hence, I was accused of lying. Furthermore, I was told that the member of staff had only offered free breakfasts for one day, not all three, hence, I was accused of lying again. I was told to prove that I booked a twin room, and to contact TUI, who I had used to book the accommodation. TUI confirmed that I did book a twin room, and the hotel eventually relented and did not ask me to pay for the breakfasts, but it was an awful experience. This hotel needs to prepare the rooms its guests require. It needs to be better at resolving issues when they arise, not expecting the guest to sort them, themselves. To accuse guests of lying is wholly unacceptable. To offer compensation for issues, and then withdraw the offer is wholly unacceptable. For a four staff hotel, customer service is exceptionally poor. I could not recommend this hotel.. .

Lovely hotel well located . We were impressed as soon as we walked through the doors of through hotel. We received a very warm and friendly welcome from the manager. Our room was ready early which was a real bonus. He told us about the hotel and helped us with directions details about the Metro which was just a short walk away. From this station it was easy to get to all the main sights of Paris. We had upgraded to a superior room which was really lovely with tea and coffee making a safe and a well appointed spacious bathroom. All the staff throughout the stay were really helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast room was very nice and there was a great selection of hot and cold food.We opted for the small express breakfast which was more than enough for us and Very good especially the crossaints. The lounge and well stocked bar was very comfortable. All in all a great stay and we will certainly return. . .

Great hotel!. The hotel is wonderfully located right next to the Rome metro stop and only a 10 minute uber from Gare du Nord. Our room was large (for Paris!), very clean and quiet with very comfy beds and ample storage space. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend again.. .

Super consigliato. A nice and very comfortable hotel located in an area served by many metro lines. A stone's throw from Montmatre and about 30 min from the Arc de Triomphe A very kind staff and ready to meet any request and need. When checking in without a reservation and checking out, I was greeted professionally and courteously by Gilliana and Mahshid who solved a problem from the previous accommodation by offering me assistance and a remedy better than I had anticipated When I return to Paris it will be my first choice.
