We came Istanbul to see a doctor about a health issue.. Everything was perfect. Great hotel. The crew in the Hotel were very kind, helpful. Especially Mr. Enes helped us out at the reception very kindly. So Mr. Onur and Mr. Suleyman were very hospitable people. Next time I visit Istanbul, I will sure stay at this hotel again.. .

Disappointing experience at Hilton Maslak Istanbul. I stayed at this hotel in Istanbul in March and was quite disappointed. Despite the five-star prices, the service was more akin to a mediocre two-star experience. The staff, overall, lacked friendliness, which was quite disappointing.
However, I would like to express my gratitude to Ahmet, the only staff member who was genuinely helpful during my stay.. .
