Amazing stay in Istanbul. Will stay again.. Amazing stay. Maybe one of the best. Amazing service, gold lounge is a must and just a nice clean place with great staff.. Smoke smell on the main level but i thinks its everywhere as half the population smokes so it gets through..

Fairmont in Istanbul. Enjoyed so many staff, especially Doganay at the Marbles bar. We were very delighted with our stay. The staff at the gold lounge was exceptional. We had lovely dinners with the recommendations from the concierge staff Ali and Iylada. The hotel is close to the subway and made touring very easy.. .

Not great. I will go back to Kempinski Cirragan palace anytime. Nice & very modern facilities in. Horrible service by the manager himself. Extremely rude & unhelpful. My room was not ready like I asked & very disappointing in the approach.
