Good location, but too expensive for the money paid.. Location and staff.. Extra charge for dog, but no bed or bowl provided.
The parking does not belong to the hotel but is a public parking at a cost of 45 € per night.

The hotel is fine if cheaper, the location is super and the apartment is quite big, but the price should be the half.. The location, behind the louvre you have access to all Paris ground stations and you can even walk to see several wonderful places. The hotel is not well cleaned, the smell inside is not nice like never changing air. Small restaurant, a little hall with 2 sofas to wait for, there were works of maintenance ongoing wherever, plugs in the apartment not working, low quality of materials, bath with water remaining in the basins a lot, shower with nothing to retain water to go on the ground, tv not configured. The spa is not a spa, just a hot tup in a balcony not private of course. The elevator is super slow..

Exceptional staff, nice big clean rooms and a very cute little café. Great location, extremely clean, large rooms, breakfast included. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Everybody is extremely, extremely accommodating if I ever come back to Paris, I will be staying here. Thank you for making my first visit a great experience. Nothing.

Ideal. It was a great hotel for my son who is in a wheelchair. The rooms were spacious with great space in the bathroom for his wheelchair. Also walk in shower had a seat for him to sit on.. .
