Pleasant. Location, breakfast. Our “superior” room was extremely tiny with not enough place to put our belongings of 2 persons with only carry on luggage.
Soundproofing is relatively poor. Bathroom equipment is quite padded and needs to be renovated..

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. We spent part of our honeymoon in Paris in this hotel. The staff was amazing and the location was great. The room is a bit small for 2 people, if we were to spend more than a week here it would have been uncomfortable. However the hotel is really beautiful, very clean and the bed is very comfortable!. Small room for 2 people..

Exception service & superb location. I decided to visit Paris on a whim, and found Hotel Des Academies Et Des Arts. I cannot begin to say how happy I am that I found it! The location is truly amazing. You are in on the best parts of Paris - walking distance to many great galleries / museums (make reservations ahead of time), cafes and shops. I choose to walk most of my visit!
I was nervous prior to my trip as I know very little French, and did not know my way around Paris. But I was greeted by Amenis, one of their managers, who went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. The room is fabulous. And the breaking is the morning (downstairs) was just what I needed. This is my first, but definitely not my last time visiting this establishment.

Perfect Paris Hotel. First time staying in this hotel in Paris but felt so welcomed by lovely reception staff like Amenis. The room was perfect and clean with no complaints to be made, with nice decoration and practicality. the hotel was in a great spot, surrounded by beautiful restaurants and cafes, and within short walking distance of the Vavin metro. Would definitely stay here again.. .
