Hotel without heating in December. Very bad experience! Reason - works from autumn without prior info to guests! Only few rooms have it. I asked in advance for room with heating but get it without!. .

STOLEN WATCH FROM ROOM. Stolen apple watch from room, no help finding it. Decided it wasnt their responsibility and couldn’t help any further. Absolutely disgusting for a hotel brand as big as Ibis. Got proof that the watch is still there (findmy) but they won’t help. Avoid at all costs. .

Great location and service. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was delicious. The location is ideal, just in front of of the train station, just one stop away from Disney and has a nice offer of restaurants nearby.. .

Great for cheap and great for travelling.. The location was perfect as you could hop on a train right on your doorstep.. The pillows were a little too soft and the room could get incredibly hot so sleep was a stop start.

Great value for money, especially the distance from Disneyland!. It was good! Great value for money and very close to Disneyland. Great breakfast choices!. The dinner was not amazing, there were also some rennovations. The bathroom is very small..
