Book it and you won’t regret it.. Everything was amazing. The guys on the reception were truly professional, they helped us a lot with a personal incident we had. Location totally amazing, in the city center, everything was so close and that helped us a lot to wander easily around the city.. .

Dishonest Staff, Unhelpful Manager, and Overpriced – Avoid This Hotel. The room was extremely small, and two Egyptian reception staff were very dishonest. They lied to me when I asked to see the suite before checking in, assuring me it matched the listing and was 45 square meters. It was nothing like the description on Expedia. I checked out after 10 minutes, but the hotel manager still insisted on charging me the full $1500 for those 10 minutes. I just walked 40 meters away from the hotel and checked into another hotel that was much cheaper and way bigger. I strongly advise against dealing with this hotel.

Great and World class Hotel, Amazing service.. Best hotel and world class service and great location. Highly recommended. Adam, Hassan, Jessir , Yusuf and Yunus were amazing and helpful. Taksim square 1 min walk. Food, Shopping and all activities very close. It is hidden gem genuinely.. .

I love it! So cozy , amazing location . The greatest staff i’ve ever met.. Staff are the sweetest! They’re so nice and helpful specially abdullah and adam . The service is great! Rooms are sooo good spacious and has balcony’s. I love it here ! Defined recommended. .
