The badly reception at the Golden Pen Hotel. The location of the hotel. I did not like the treatment we received at the hotel. The first day we came tired, they treated us badly and they did not take into account that we were tired. The reception was not good. They wrote to us that they could facilitate a transport from the airport to the hotel for 55 euros, and then they wanted to charge us 60. I had to show the conversations we had had so that they would not charge us 60 euros. They demanded that the payment had to be cash only, and they never specified that. Finally, we left our mobile phone in transport and they charged us 500 Turkish liras for doing us the favor of returning it..

Exceptional. It was really far better than expected … a hotel with that money inside the city center literally near to everything you would ever want , whenever you need room cleaned its well cleaned , the breakfast is pretty good with a wonderful view , coming to the best part of the hotel which is the staff ,they were welcoming ,nice ,professional , they really do their job professionally and passionately , lastly i was worried from a previous review about the noisy room but that wasnt true for me ,my room was very well issulated from outer noises ….. Next time to visit istanbul i hope they get their next star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The on.

Very good. The location was excellent. Perfect to reach everything that we needed to see and explore.. Our flight was in the evening and our check out time was originally scheduled for lunchtime. So we requested to keep the room for a few more hours and was a little disappointed to be charged a full day rate..
